Call Centre Supervisor

At Seward we have a passion for all we do, do you?  We are creating an industry-leading customer contact centre handling all the initial needs of our customers, be it sales or customer aftercare.  The right person for this role will be helping us to shape this new department, working in an exciting, fast paced environment.  This person will be responsible for the team delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be confident in their ability to handle a wide range of customers' needs.  The team will operate 6 days a week, so some Saturday working will be required.

Driver/Car Cleaner

Working at our Auto Centre, based in Grange Road, Christchurch.  The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving licence and a good knowledge of the local area.  Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

Health & Safety Officer (Part-time)

We require a professional individual who has experience of Health and Safety and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an assertive personality and diplomacy.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the Company Health & Safety policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Conducting internal audits
  • Identifying hazards and risks within the Company and developing systems to mitigate risk
  • Co-ordinating Health & Safety personnel across the sites, eg fire wardens and first aiders
  • Maintaining records of inspections and audits
  • Providing clear and concise guidance to others on Health & Safety issues and legislation
  • Ensuring that all accidents and incidents are investigated promptly and documented accurately
  • Advising and assisting with suitable and sufficient risk assessments
  • Updating and training employees on Health & Safety issues

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to Health and Safety
  • Good levels of IT skills
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • A flexible approach
  • The ability to build effective working relationships
  • The ability to work under own initiative

The jobholder will be required to travel between sites and will need to hold a full UK driving licence.

Parts Delivery Driver (part-time)

We are looking for a Parts Delivery Driver to join our parts team based at Branksome.  The hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 1pm to 5pm, although extra hours may be required to cover for sickness and holiday.  The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving licence together with a good knowledge of the local area.
